Returns|Exchanges|Shipping

 

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must first receive the item, Contact customer service via gmail or webchat, and request a refund.  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, undamaged with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase attached via email document.

To start a return, and or exchange you must first contact us at animenerduniverse@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer must return item using the original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

Return transactions could take up to 30 Days. Please let us know the problem in advance so that we can try to rectify the order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

**We DO NOT issue refunds for damaged boxes/containers that hold purchase merchandise (i.e. Collectibles, Action Statues, Action Figures, and etc) caused by logistics.  Once you place an order and it is received by logistics company (i.e. USPS, etc) it is out of Anime Nerd Universe's hand in regard to how the package is handled.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), certain types of jewelry (i.e. earrings, etc.) custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges

1. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with any Apparel product, due to size, or fabric. You must provide proof that the size doesn't fit and the fabric being incorrect.

Please provide a high-quality photo of the size label if you received a product of the wrong size.

2. Please measure the product and provide high-quality photographic evidence if the size differs from the seller's size guide.

Shipping

Standard Shipping could take anywhere between 4-7 Business days. and depending on the logistics, up to 21 business days. We encourage all customers to track your order.

Expedited Shipping could take 1-3 Business days, depending on logistics, up to 10 business days. We encourage all customers to track your order.

** We have several brands and some items may not be available for expedited shipping. You will receive an email and or call in regards to back orders. 

 

Anime Nerd Universe is a Online Retail Company that strives for fast delivery of collectible items. We always update the store with new trends. We work with several vendors and support small business. Some items may go out of stock quickly, due to the popularity of the item and others may have slight logistic delays. No worries, contact us and we will do our best to clarify your order as well as update you on your order regarding your item/s delivery date. Anime Nerd Universe doesn't control the logistic estimates. Please be patient in regard to any late items or if tracking information isn't readily available.  Most standard shipping arrives in between 1-21 business days and expedited shipping could arrive in 1-13 business days. Please allow the time allotted prior to requesting an exchange and or refund.
